The El Marian Villa

With its large verandas providing sea views, alfresco dining, outside BBQ, oversized swimming pool, over a dozen sun loungers and choice of 3- 5 double bedrooms It will suit a group of 6-10 people very comfortably.

The Villa is set on a large plot backing on to the beautiful Cypriot mountains. It has a very large, private swimming pool which is surrounded by fruit trees and exotic sweet smelling plants; providing a peaceful haven.

The villa and swimming pool are kept exceptionally clean and will provide all the comforts and mod cons necessary to enjoy a stress free, fun holiday in the sun.

The ground floor entrance leads into a very large air conditioned L-Shaped room. This includes two lounge areas with TV, dining area and an open plan, very well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board. It leads to glass patio doors to veranda with stunning sea views.

The master bedroom (double bed) has an en-suite shower room with fitted wardrobes, WC and hand basin. There are patio doors to the back veranda which faces the beautiful, Cypriot mountains. The other two bedrooms are twin-beds and also have patio doors with verandas overlooking the lit swimming pool. There is a family bathroom which has a bath/shower, vanity unit and WC.

The lower ground floor is a two-bedroom self-contained apartment. There is one double bedroom with a king-size bed and fitted wardrobes and a further bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a fully-fitted kitchen in the open plan living area and dining table and chairs. There is also a shower room.
